CJB Insurance Services Inc. was founded by Meredith Thomas in 1998 specifically to insure the Jewellery and Fine Art industries. The business flourished thanks to the personal interactions we use to communicate with our clients, rather than messages or emails. This level of personal service helps us to ensure that our insurance solutions are tailored to the client. The business model worked well, so well that our existing clients started to ask us to insure their homes, cars, cottages and other businesses. Because CJB Insurance Services Inc. was set up specifically to deal with Jewellery and Fine Art risks it lacked the markets necessary to insure risks falling outside of these categories.

CJB General Insurance Brokers Inc. was founded in 2012 to offer a wide range of insurance products. The same business model was used to ensure that our existing clients received the service that they have grown accustomed to.
